Besides the pillow great location and area to stay around
Very close to the Shinjuku Train Station. Staff was very friendly and helpful They provided plenty of free amenities (tooth brush, etc)
The pillows are horrible. One very very small hard pillow and one very very small flat pillow

Great location! Within 5 mins walk to Shinjuku station and plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location
Hotel Sunroute Plaza was easy to walk to frim Shinjuku train station. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel toiletries, tea and coffee supplies were readily available in the foyer, rather than supplying to every room and discarding a lot of them when guests leave. A simple but effective step towards more sustainable travel.

Great hotel in the heart of Shinjuku
A great start to our honeymoon. Perfect location and incredibly clean hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed and we could store our big luggage under the bed. It’s a 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station but down a quiet street away from the chaos - was always very quiet in and outside of the hotel. We spent a few evenings in the hotel bar which was lovely. Staff were super helpful with all our queries as first time visitors to Japan. The free amenities in reception were a great add on when you forget some things.
As westerners we didn’t like the hard pillows, but staff were quick to swap them when we asked. Maybe a spare one or two in the room could help future guests.
